Cần tuyển: Japanese Chef/ Japanese Chef De Partie (Trưởng Bếp Nhật/ Tổ Trưởng Bếp Nhật)

Job Description

  • Manage the entire Japanese kitchen operation in accordance with the Hotel’s standards, policies and procedures.
  • Establish all concepts, different Japanese menus, promotions, special events.
  • Oversee quality control and authenticity of the Japanese food products prepared and served to ensure its adherence to established standards and its consistency
  • Control food safety & hygiene, food costs.
  • Manage staffing and administration. Develop staff abilities through continuous training.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 5 years international experience with a large Luxury Resort or City Hotel operations.
  • Strong culinary skills and background in Japanese fine dining operations with high level of creativity and innovation.
  • HACCP trained, strong leadership with a hands-on approach to training and development.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, supervision and management skills.
  • Ability to cultivate a team focused on delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
  • Active in training the staff.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic and high pressure environment.

Cần tuyển: Pastry Chef / Pastry Chef De Partie (Trưởng Bếp Bánh/ Tổ Trưởng Bếp Bánh)

Job Description

  • Manage the entire Pastry operation in accordance with the Hotel’s standards, policies and procedures.
  • Establish all concepts, different pastry menus, promotions, special events.
  • Oversee quality control and authenticity of the pastry products prepared and served to ensure its adherence to established standards and its consistency.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in the same capacity.
  • Excellent track record with previous luxury five-star hotels.
  • Strong culinary skills and background in fine dining operations with high level of creativity and innovation.
  • HACCP trained, hands on experience working in the busy environment of a large kitchen and can perform multi-tasks
  • Must have the ability to create, present innovative mini pastries and skilled in cake decoration
  • Results oriented, positive, service driven with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
  • Strong leadership, supervision and management skills
