Good general education, Knowledge of food hygiene, food and beverage, Banquet organizing, Experience in managing and organizing Event minimum 350 covers.

2. Executive Chef
- QUALIFICATIONS
• Food production school diploma and a minimum of 5 to 7 Years Minimum experience in Hotel & restaurant kitchen production on international level. •
- ABILITIES & SKILLS
 Planning
 Organizing
 Training
 Coordinating
 Staffing
 Directing
 Controlling
 Evaluating.
In order to insure an operation’s success a certain number of management method needs to applied, such as:
 Establishing Goal
 Achieving Profits
 Planning
 Drawing and Organizational Chart
 Coordinating and Controlling All Activities
- EXPERIENCE
• 10 Years Minimum experience in 5-star international hotel.

3. F & B Manager
- QUALIFICATIONS
Hotel Management Degree
- ABILITIES & SKILLS
Certified with international exposure
- EXPERIENCE
Minimum 10 years
